I really wanted to help a local business. But, Bruce's is a passive business; not an active business. This means, they aren't going to try to get things right. They are there if you need them, and that's about it. I had to make five phone calls and four visits to the store to get half of my prescription filled. I finally gave up and went with Timberlakes in Charlottesville. There is one hot chick who works at Bruce's, but her job seems to be hanging around and that's about it.
